At Superdry, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 28-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear, swimwear, and cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the completed delivery note inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to a designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed, typically within 7-10 working days.
